The service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, adding to the traditional feel of the place. The location is nice, with a sauna area, but be prepared for a walk to the main lifts. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, nestled on the edge of Mayrhofen with everything within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in Alpine style, offering modern facilities. The service was top-notch, with hardworking staff who made every effort to assist despite challenges. The location was ideal for skiers exploring the valley, and the dining experience was satisfying with a great selection available. However, the small pool and crowded jacuzzi were a downside, and the saunas required waiting for access.

I couldn't ask for a better room in Austria! The twin beds and spacious bathrooms were exceptional. Plenty of wardrobe space added a touch of convenience that I rarely find in hotels. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. The location is ideal for those exploring the ski resorts, although the pool area was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
